Ready to Learn

At Albion North Primary School, we understand the importance of starting each day with a structured, safe, and predictable routine that supports our students’ learning and wellbeing.

Each morning at 8:45 am, classrooms open to welcome students. During this time, students are provided with a healthy breakfast of toast or cereal. This morning period also gives students the opportunity to review their daily schedule, prepare for the day ahead, check in with their teacher and peers, and engage in a quiet or mindful activity.

Attendance is then marked promptly at 9:00 am. This consistent and calming routine helps students begin their day in an orderly way, fostering confidence and ease as they transition smoothly into their learning activities, ready to engage and succeed from the very start of the school day.
